By the way. If I have a blog, it feels like this should be my free, personal space.
So, I want to say this- I cannot believe I have tied, twice in fantasy football this year, and both games I technically 'lost' for some reason. Geez.
Thank you.

Breaking new ground
Start a new blog, for the first time. Amazing in 2008 for a guy who started working "in the web" in 1997...but here I find myself. What do I say?
Watching CNN at the moment...the "magic map" guy is on...talking about how McCain basically has no chance. Normally, I would be worried, concerned, but it's odd how this election (something I feel very strongly about) has given me a real sense of peace.
I know that the right thing is happening. It's been building over time. It's as I hoped and as I always suspected it would turn out. I've generally been very cynical about elections and politics- to a fault- first vote ever cast was for Jesse Ventura. Had to drag myself to the polls for Gore- only because I knew it was close and Bush II was a trainwreck...and again, dragged myself to vote for Kerry as the trainwreck was confirmed.
This is a good thing for me, and for us all. At this moment I am normally ver nervous and very cynical because I've allowed myself to commit and to care about a candidate. At this moment (first blog post) I feel confident and empowered by Barack Obama. We can do this.
Now, will I ever blog again?
